I ordered a large order for Thanksgiving and now for Christmas.
Very disappointed! Second holiday I was let down.
This is a great store! They have just about any groceries you might need and an excellent produce department. They don't have a good selection on some items though and you may have to wait a little bit at the pharmacy.
I spent a lot of money at Kroger's to get very little satisfaction in return.
Click list was of very little help for both holidays.

They had most everything else except the most important things I came for in the first place the turkeys and the hams.
Again thinking I could save time I have to order from Meijer or pu some myself.
Quality customer service. I mainly visit groceries and the pharmacy area and I'm a regular, 2 or 3 times a week. They always have what I came for.
I used to work for Kroger's for 2.5 years and the employees are friendly and helpful in what you are trying to find there. They offer assistance out to your vehicles and have an overall outstanding achievement in customer services. They also offer a wide variety of different departments for home, school/office, utilities (like tools and such) and kids toys, electronics, and much more. Overall greatest place to go shopping at.
For today I was looking for the Christmas event calendars that has a chocolate for each day as a countdown to Christmas and I will look everywhere and I then had asked for assistance as I couldn't find it anywhere and had three Kroger Associates help assist me in looking for the calendar of chocolates. I thought that was really awesome oh, most of the time you just get a worker that Pages another one and they come to you and say sorry we don't have this or were out if you can't find it that means were out. But I was very pleased today
