Been with the agency for over 17 years and had no issues until this year. Filed a claim because of tornado damage to our home. Erie Insurance thought that having mismatched siding was a way of repairing our home. We asked Campbell to help fight for us and was made to feel like a "criminal" because we didn't want to settle with mismatched siding. The straw that broke the camel's back was when a forwarded email from an agent in their business had a comment from the president's email stating "he is the one with the home claim that was trying to rip off Erie" about me as customer. The only thing we wanted was to have our home repaired back to a condition that it was like before the storm damage. After 17 plus years with this company and made to feel like I did something wrong by filing a claim for insurance that I paid for is not professional nor a good way to treat a customer. I am angry and disappointed to be treated this way after many years of service to this agency and embarrassed to have referred family and friends to this agency.
