Great place to see a movie, concession prices are a little steep but that's the cost I guess!
Staff was nice and helpful. Place was clean inside and out. Star Wars collector tin and cups, food, and drinks were expensive but there were no additional charges on popcorn, Icees, and soda pop refills. Crowd was not loud or rude like all other theaters I have been to especially, Springdale Showcase which is full of thugs, punks, drugs, fights, and theft. I have been to Pierce Point Cinema 10 several times over the past few years with my family and there have not been any problems.
Thought we'd bring our own tumbler of water, not allowed. No problem. Asked for a small courtesy cup to fill up at the water fountain and told no. What? Told that since they have water fountains they don't have to give courtesy cups. Literally the only theater I've ever been in that wouldn't give out a small courtesy cup.
Both as a former employee and as a long-time customer, I believe this place deserves two thumbs-up! The staff is courteous, professional, and they were great to work with. The snack selections are awesome (especially those cookie dough bites I can't find anywhere else!). Plus, they always have a clean and quiet theater that promotes a fantastic away-from-home movie experience! I love it! This is a great place to go on a date, to take your children for a fun day out, or to catch up with friends. There are enough selections that everyone can find a showing to enjoy!
Tuesday $5.50 all day movies- good deal! Free refills on drinks and popcorn- self serve add your own butter.. another good deal. Comfortable seating, good sound, overall good experience.
