A 5 star company! Hired this company a few years ago to replace a roof and they did a first class job, so when I needed repairs to another roof I thought to call on them again. Duane came out and gave a detailed quoted, was not hurried and even offered free advice. Work was scheduled and performed in a timely manner. Jason and another worker came to make the repairs and although having some technical problems with their equipment, he kept me informed. They even came back to clean out the gutters a second time to make sure we were happy with the end result. Can't say enough about Duane, Jason and the Kanga Roof crew. Would definitely use them again and suggest anyone in this area should too.
We badly needed a new roof and gutters, especially after the last bad storm. We had called other places and gotten mixed service. I should note that we live in Covington, KY in an historic neighborhood, and my house is very tall, 3 full stories high, and some roofers even declined to come and give a quote because of the height.
We have been using Brandstetter's Kanga Roof for many years. We are part of a plan where they come twice a year to check the condition of the roof and clean the gutters, this has been very beneficial to us. Whenever we think we have any issues they come right away and provide good service with reasonable rates.

we have used and trusted this company since 2003. they always have done great work for us. we needed for them to come last week and do a repair and check for us. as usual, they did great. Mike was the tech and he was nice and did great. I talked with Bill on the phone yesterday and again all was good. Diane was the one who set my appointment up and she was very nice. thanks to all. if you need any type roofing work you should at least check with them.
In only a few days Bill came out to do the repairs. He is an expert in his craft and made the repairs swiftly and we are more than satsfied!
I called Kanga Roof on the recommendation of my sister-in-law, and the sales rep Jacob came by. He reviewed the damage to my roof and gutters, took a lot of photos, and we discussed my options. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and knowledgeably, and gave me a great price option for all. What really sold me on the job was that he found a huge hole in my roof right over the kitchen where a pipe was knocked off in the storm and he put a quick temporary patch on it to prevent further damage BEFORE I signed the contract with them.
I called and in no time Duane came to our home to inspect the roof. He pinpointed immediately what needed to be fixed and also repairs that would eventually need to be repaired at a later time. He gave us a straight forward estimate that was more than fair and less than we expected.
Bottom line- I highly recommend this company, especially if you live in an historic area, like I do. Great service, great quality.
Installation also went well. Crew showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up everything when they were done. They were extremely polite, they didn't blast music all day, and so on. It was a good experience all around. And a BIG shout out to the guys who did my gutters! Again, I'm in old, tall Covington home with the old-style box gutters. That crew did a GREAT job. Just phenomenal attention to the detail those old gutters require.
