They are so friendly and do a wonderful job with their animals. Their care plans for pets are amazing as well. Pro tip. Buy something at Kroger so you can get 50% off of their sign up fees for getting the wellness plan. It's on the back of the receipt. I save so much money for awesome care.

Well, the first visit we had was great, they took care of our baby. But we went in a week later for a checkup and waited in the room for over an hour. We never even saw the doctor. After losing an hour of our time, we just left. Apparently they forgot about us...so, needless to say, I'm not certain I'll be back with our other dog if we're just going to be forgotten about.
