This place is the worst mobile home park I've ever seen. The management is sorry the rent goes up every year and the manager is also a drug addict. Most people who live there are felons or sex offenders. They will ride around in a truck honking to let you know there turning off the water if your lucky. I could go on and on but what most upset me is that the management does nothing about complaints and will violate you for cracked foundation when it was cracked before you even moved in it is clean for the most part that's the only good thing I can say about this place. The manager is horrible at her job and will try to buy drugs from you she is just a bad person I wouldn't move in there unless you want to live in a hell hole with the devil. I'm warning you now don't move in prices are outrageous you pay for everything lot rent electric the water leak that they tack on everyone's bill and claim no responsibility for their actions. The manager I forget her name take my advice buy somewhere else. Unless you'd want a manager that sucks dick for drugs and I'm not just saying that she really will.
It's a fairly clean friendly community
Nice place with nice houses. Just hope you get good neighbors is all. They like to keep the place nice and tidy though so overall it's a pretty good place to live.
If you are considering this place, stop now. .Go elsewhere. Management is terrible and will lie to your face. They give "violations" for no reason and try to get good residence to leave. They just want to turn over renters and don't care about those who own and would have you gone. Lot rent goes up every year and is the cost of an apartment in some areas. If you have to pay a mortgage on top of that you are better off going elsewhere. Did I mention management is terrible?
Full of felons, more expensive, frequent water outages with no notice. Managment raises rent without giving increase amounts. No professional snow removal. Only lets some tenants use half their yard space, refuses to provide property boundaries. Lots give no space/access to use back doors.
