Maintenence is very lazy. Everything that gets done at this mobile home park is the responsibility of the resident. You have to fix your own house if one of the appliances break down, you have to mow your grass, the only thing you're getting for 700 dollars a month is a place to sleep.
Good luck on getting your deposit back I have been waiting 4 months now and still fighting to get it... This is ridiculous they do nothing but give you a run around...
