Interesting how the 3 bad reviews, they can see my porch, see me, and hear me and there is 35 acres here...It is an angry tenant changing names changing the story to make it look worse. The kid on the bike didn't happen it was actually a continuous barking dog. His plumbing problem is his own home, not our responsibility. The other review is his friend/ neighbor. Any place you are looking to live, ask the local sheriff and the board of health to get REAL opinions not from someone who is angry... Thanks..... I want to balance the scales here a little bit and make people understand that when people get mad, they tend to try to get back at people by spreading the news in their own version.

To reply to Mr. P. complaint, he was warned for 12 month to coat his roof. He refused and dared me to evict him; he said it couldn’t be done. I did and he had to move his home. He is angry.
To answer Mr. F. complaint, He is walking a dog on private property (he is not a tenant here) with a dog that my tenants are not allowed to even have in here because of children and other safety. He is angry as well.
To answer Ms. S. complaint, she is not a tenant either. Her boyfriend was stealing and neglecting his elderly aunt. It was sad what he did to her, but she asks me to get him out of her home and I helped her with a restraining order against him. They are angry.
We WILL be moving as soon as we possibly can!!!!!
To answer these complaints, I am the Park Manager and have been for 22 years. If I was not doing a good job, I don’t think I would have a job after that long. My park has not been heard about by many because we are not in the news as other neighborhoods. I believe in the right to the peaceful enjoyment of other, safety, and a clean nice place where people can call home and not be afraid.
Would give 0 starts if possible. My son was learning how to ride his bike in front our home and fell off skinning his knee. He started crying and the "park manager", Kim said "If you cannot control your kids crying you need to take him inside." Very rude and VERY unprofessional of her.
The Manager of this park is such a horrible person. You don't feel welcome at all.
I will stand up for what is right and I will fix what is wrong to the best of my ability. I am proud of this property and I have a lot of VERY happy tenants who would not move to another property.
The problems here are endless and her favorite excuse is that it's not in her hands so I'm sure it won't get resolved and she will still be the park manager...
Only lived here for a few years... wish we could afford to buy another home to get away from the horrible management here... despite the awful manager Kim having numerous complaints, she is still in charge and as spiteful as ever. She does "favors" for her family that lives here, steals from elderly, turns a head to drug dealers, and always has something hateful or negative to say to people that pay their rent on time, do what is asked, when it comes to keeping up on the land and home. And if you ever try to get a hold of the park maintenance, just forget it!!! We have had a clogged pipe and called them and when they came out, we were told to fix it our selves and what they charged per hour, but they were too busy to help us with it!!! It's been a couple months now and still haven't gotten it resolved due to park management saying that they dont actually work for her so there is nothing she can do to help us!!!! But they have the time to go right across the street from us and deal with that plumbing and household problem!
And by the way she will tell people they have to mow there lawns but they don't have proper drainage throughout the park so not only is it underneath your house constantly flooded, but your yard is too! So mowing is close to impossible unless it hasn't rained or snowed in months!
BTW, I am using a friend's account because I would like to remain anonymous. And the comments about her scamming older residents is VERY true!!!
I haven't lived in this neighborhood long but honestly the drug problem here is ridiculous. This place is disgusting! I have noticed the back of the park where I live vs the front of the park where the park office is located needs some attention. I guess the residence arent required to up keep there houses or they are just trash. This is your typical TRAILER PARK TRASHY AREA! I wouldn't recommend this place to the homeless. 0 Stars unfortunately I had to select at least one. This place needs some new management.
